RACES:
Elves-
Entitled rich folk with pointed, angled ears. Most have a good amount of money and have good, merchant jobs. Some are even the richest, most influential people in the country. However, there is a group of elves that serve as the kingdom's personal militia, the secret, private force called the Nightingale Kinship. These selfless elves have disposed of material gain and are treated as monks and nuns: however, they are allowed to marry and are encouraged to keep a pure bloodline running through the Kinship. No one may join or leave, which is a sense of strife for some of the members born into it.
AVERAGE HEIGHT: 4'9"-5'6".
AVERAGE WEIGHT: 50 IBS-110 IBS. They are usually very lean.
AVERAGE LIFE SPAN: 200 years. They live longer than some other races but age well.
TYPICAL POWERS: They are good at hunting in general, but aren't cut out as soldiers unless they are trained as Nightingales. The merchants usually have a flair for bartering and haggling, and can make many great items that cant be found anywhere else.
TYPICAL APPEARANCE: Varies. Skin color can be dark or light, but hair technically stays on the lighter side (white, blonde, light blues and greens, reds). However, while dark-haired (black, dark grey, dark green, blue, etc) elves are not uncommon, it is considered unlucky for the person to have the hair color. They are very lean and can move quickly. Many males look androgynous.
TYPICAL PERSONALITY: Varies. Most elves not within the Nightingales have a sort of snooty personality about them, besides their normal behavior. However, several have a kind or otherwise honest persona. Ones with an entitled mindset tend to be the richer folk.
Therians-
These people are considered heathens in the country, and because of this they work hard to change others' views of them. They have animalistic properties, such as animal ears, tails, hands, feet, or eyes, but are otherwise humans in every other degree. They are hardworking and tend to be farmers or mercenaries due to their collective ability to give their all on whatever they have set out to do. Many are good fighters, but most of them are pacifists.
AVERAGE HEIGHT: 5'1"- 6'1".
AVERAGE WEIGHT: 90 IBS- 190" IBS. They weigh a lot, usually because their body structure.
AVERAGE LIFE SPAN: 120 years.
TYPICAL POWERS: They are extremely agile, and sometimes use their animalistic properties to their advantage. For example. some may have an extremely advanced sense of smell or sight.
TYPICAL APPEARANCE: Varies. However, the texture or length and color of the hair relies on the animal part of them, as well as the darkness of the skin and any skin-colored extremities.
TYPICAL PERSONALITY: Varies.
Pyschix-
These men and women (singular: Pyschixi, plural: Pyschix) are court mages by trade, though like all the other races, they can be anything. However, these people are known primarily for their ability to speak to the spirits and gods. They are usually very weak physically, but many have trained their bodies to be lethal weapons. The court mages advise the king and the church on the matters of the day, and are a go-between for the Head Pyschix, the leader of the church, and the Country King, the leader of the state. Besides being ghost-talkers, they are also very talented in certain musical endeavors, like elves, such as music and art. Many may choose to become a bard instead of a court mage.
AVERAGE HEIGHT: 5'3"-5'9".
AVERAGE WEIGHT: 100- 130 IBS.
AVERAGE LIFE SPAN: 100 years, occasionally 140 years.
TYPICAL POWERS: They can talk to spirits at the expense of having weak natural agility and fighting prowess.
TYPICAL APPEARANCE: Varies, though many have very pale, milky-colored eyes. Many have pale skin as well.
TYPICAL PERSONALITY: Varies.
Soshians-
These people are similar to Pyschix, but are treated as the public wizards. They serve the people with their inborn powers of controlling the weather and seasons. However, these powers are limited and can only affect a certain area without extensive training, but several have found their skills useful with Therians and farming. Many may also find a talent for wizarding, which is different from a mage because mages deal with spiritual powers instead of natural powers. These people usually try to help others and many are believers in the Therians' cause.

AVERAGE LIFE SPAN: Same as Psychix.
TYPICAL POWERS:They can control the weather and the seasons within an area. They can encourage plants to grow and the sun to shine. However, they cannot control animals or people.
TYPICAL APPEARANCE: Varies. Many have darker skin and extremely pale or extremely dark eyes.
TYPICAL PERSONALITY: Varies.
Strongfolk-
These men and women are extremely strong and smart. They frequently are solders, but many have staked out a living as a merchant. They have no magical powers, but their strength makes up for this. However, these people do not like the name bestowed upon them for fear that it makes them look dumb, and like to be called the Woodsland People due to the fact that their many ancestors lived in the woods and became renowned explorers. However they do not hold grudes and woud just as quickly call themselves Strongfolk then not have a name at all. They are also known to be good hunters, like elves, and tend to be able to hunt larger prey.
AVERAGE HEIGHT: 5'7"- 7'2"
AVERAGE WEIGHT: 150 IBs- 300 IBs.
AVERAGE LIFE SPAN: 100- 200 years.
TYPICAL POWERS: None, only strength.
TYPICAL APPEARANCE: Varies, but they all have ears that curve outwards, instead of backwards like elves, and their eyes typically have 2 irises within both.
TYPICAL PERSONALITY: Varies.
