I have a couple of ideas. If you added instant messaging the user could press a button of some sort and it would automatically send something to the other user. There would also be a limit of 15 minutes or so and once a day. Also like gem said a live chat your on Saturday at 7:00 that's when most of us are on. I understand that it is kinda complicated but it would be a great experience for us. A lot of people that I have asked said it wouldn't be safe but maybe put a list of personal information and curse words in to the system and when one is typed it will highlight and delete. Thank so very much for this amazing site and listening to us.
