Can Technology Destroy Our Brains
A teenager is being addicted to technology, But can it be a good or a bad thing it can teach kids good thing but it also teaches bad things so it does technology control our lives? a lot of people in a couple of years their babies are also going be addicted to technology. So maybe we should not let kids be technology only older teens.
We have to stop giving our child technology because your child can do a bad decision and they will not able sleep from the stress “ Children can become isolated due to regular usage of technology. While a child is young, isolation seems fine to them, but later on, that isolation is going to turn into loneliness and depression. Soon to become a major source of agony.” ( Zheng, Hui Wen). This is some the reason we should not let our kids using technology.
Technology can affect your child brain causing disorder “Technology can cause children to have an increase in multiple disorders. These disorders include developmental disability, obesity, psychiatric disorder, ADHD, autism, and more. Due to the overuse of technology two major disorders technology typically cause amongst young children are anxiety and depression.”(Watson, Sara Kiley)
Because of it not healthy for kids, it could harm their brain. The technology can harm their eyes and they will have to wear glasses and they will have trouble sleeping because their too much in their brain that what call stress and depression can lead them into suicide because you never know your child might be Cyberbullied or bullied.
Your child might not talk because to much in their brain their talking to their friends .¨Technology also makes kids become less sociable. Kids want to be on their devices at all times and it keeps them from talking and spending time with their family and friends. Children and teenagers typically spend all their time in their room doing nothing but being on their devices for hours. Since they’re not talking to anyone, they have a harder time trying to communicate with people in real life¨(Elisalda, Amanda) Go do something productive with your kids so they won’t be on their phone the whole entire day.
Technology good or bad, yes it is these were some reason why they are not good
We want best for kids so they won't suffer of any disabilities. So go right with your child and only them 1 hour on phone or any device and go do something productive things with your kid and have fun family game nights, go and eat from outside, etc.

KnightStar Good job, then!

CSeriestechhero *claps because he knows once he leaves school, he will find at least 15 5 yaer olds using whatever phone is the newest around this time.*

lunamoonlight Technoligy has it's good and bad sides defiantly.

CSeriestechhero I love tech but I don't like what our future is becoming

lunamoonlight Same C. I love tech, but i think it is taking over a lot of people, to where some people don't know the difference between real life and the internet, which can cause some people to give out information that could get them hurt irl, which would be i assume why kidsearch doesnt allow any personal information to be posted.

Queeny I agree Luna

CSeriestechhero Not just that, but people are "doing it for the vine". People ended their lives because the web. And it is scaring me. That is why I don't often go on big social media networks. I stay on KidzNet with you guys! I do schoolwork, and I do safe, fun things on the internet.

lunamoonlight And a lot of the little "challenges" are caused by internet too, Blue Whale Challenge for one, ending with suicide. I hate that there are people who would create stuff like the Blue Whale Challenge, it didn't come up out of thin air you know. I actually read an article on https://nypost.com that as kids and teens use social media more often, suicide and depression rates in kids and teens are rising. I don't quite frankly find that surprising at all, i expected as much before I read the article anyway. I think people who are mean and cyber bully and all that never think it can hurt them because they are behind a screen and take advantage of that. And even seeing someone else on Insta seeming to be perfect can make someone reading think "Why can't I be perfect?" Which as well as the isolation from the real world can make them do some not-so-good things in attempt to try and be perfect and can still make them start to devolpe feelings of depression and worse. There is also with trying to be perfect, some kids who have been called big or fat might find that as another imperfection, which is not good because it creates a higher possibility of them getting Anorexia Nervosa, which is refusing to eat. Btw i did not copy and paste this from anywhere, this is my own thoughts.

GemHeart Yup. Ditto to everyone/
