GemHeart Sorry it’s so blurry...

FunHeart1010 WOw! Im thinking of doing a "ship" drawing of Aiko and Katsumi :D

GemHeart Haha cool! However, RinXShiro is OCXCanon, which means my character times and an actual character XD

GemHeart And in this pic, I like imagining these two are going up against a Hollow, like, “Don’t worry, we got dis!” XD

#DrawingTips Pt9: Thinking Up Hair and Fashion Ideas
I am not a very fashionable person so I have trouble thinking up ideas for these. But here's some helpful tips that have helped me!

1. Observe from life.
2. Look up ideas. The other day I searched "Punk clothes for girls", "Trendy Japanese street fashion", "Fall 2018 fashion trends", etc, on Cortana (only way I can get images), and looked the pics, which helped me get ideas for Rinji's clothes in a recent pic I drew.
3. Do the same with hair.
4. Find some of your fave clothes, observe them, and draw them on your character.
5. Look at fashion mags such as Teen Vogue, but clothes catalogs are better because its more realistic for your character.
6. Go shopping and take pics of clothes you like.
7. Learn the folds and mechanics of clothes to make it more realistic. For example, when a logo is altered by a fold, it will dip into the fold.

Hope this helped! Need help? Suggest below!

FunHeart1010 Thanks Gem!

#DrawingTips Pt8: Coloring Skin the Simple Way (Colored Pencils)

1. First select an orange pencil (or dark brown for darker skin). DO NOT choose yellow orange, it doesn't work and makes skin look sickly.
2. Color the shadows, where things bend, where things overlap, etc. Color the shadows lightly at first, making it a somewhat dark orange (or brown for darker skin).
3. After that, go dark and color where things overlap more than once (edge of clothes, hair, etc).
4. Select tan (or light or middle brown for darker skin) and color the skin in full. DO NOT press down too hard.
Part 8.2 Coloring Skin with Pencil
1. Lightly shade the pencil where the shadows are and leave the rest of the skin white for a white person. For black, shade the shadows darker.
2. Shade under the nose, hair, etc.
3. For darker skin, shade the white parts very lightly, but not light enough that the person appears white.
4. Finish up with fine-tuning such as blending if you want.

Suggestions, need help? Comment below!
