GemHeart Thx guys!!! The background was a filter I used, then I edited it to make it green and blue and added a shift effect...Rinji looks quite annoyed though XD

GemHeart Yep! The green straws, and the glassy brick behind her all reminds me of Starbucks... this is by a Japanese artist so I guess he or she decided to pay tribute to Japan and the U.S. since they both have Starbucks.
GemHeart I think the artist is Japanese... I'm not sure. Lots of people on IBISPaint are Japanese or Chinese though.
