If I get all the way done with learning Spanish on Duolingo, or at least mostly done, when I get to high school I'm gonna take Spanish class probably, easy A. Plus the Spanish teacher is nice.

How do you react to scary stuff?
It depends for me. If it is involving technology or includes someone getting skinned or just raw bone or muscle, I'm out. If it is anything else, I am laughing like a sadistic person. I don't know why, I always laugh at scary stuff and sometimes sad stuff. Someone sweet and innocent gets killed, I seem like a psychopath giggling. If it happens to an animal though... I'm coming for somebody.
lunamoonlight I wrote a story in elementary once and when I was presenting, I was reading that the parents died and could not stop laughing. Half the class looked at me like I was crazy.
JD2005 Crazy. I would never dare to laugh.
KnightStar I always laugh too. I laugh when I cry, I laugh at horror. I laughed when my Grandmother died too, despite us being close. I always giggle, it's a trademark of mine lol.
KnightStar Hey, but it's actually really normal to laugh at these situations. A lot of nurses laugh when breaking the news that one of their family members passed. So you are 100% not alone lol.
forgxtten I only laugh when I’m nervous, not when I’m scared or sad. when I’m scared I keep re-living whatever it was that happened until I give myself nightmares lol
Queen157 I laugh. A lot. Don’t judge.
lunamoonlight I think it is some sort of defense mechanism to keep myself happy instead of having nightmares. But things like raw bone or muscle from a person being skinned or something burn images in my head an I see them when I blink, and glitches and demons coming from my computer make me paranoid. This is why I get scared at things like Simulacra, the wallpaper changing into the girl all messed up burned images in my head and the thing on her phone made me paranoid.
FairyPrincess I laugh when something sad happens to me.
lunamoonlight "Being an arsonist has its perks"
Queen157 Must read
I am gonna guess Demisexual maybe?...
"I feel like I'm in an abusive relationship with life. Some days he beats me. Other days he brings me roses and chocolates, reminding me how beautiful he can be. No matter how much pain he inflicts, I just can't seem to end him."

KnightStar I already take Spanish and it's really easy but I'm sooo nervous that I'm going to fail my mom so I mess up lol. First couple times she said I talked like a native speaker and i was like, " 😊 🙃"
Queen157 I stopped Duolingo bc it was being annoying. *creepy voice* continue your 14 day streak
lunamoonlight I know a little Spanish because the school I went to before my current school taught Spanish and Chinese in elementary (and my crappy current school only teaches one other language for HS only). I was in Spanish longer than Chinese, so I know the basics like hello, how are you, some foods and places, colors and for Chinese I know how to say hi and know that certain line strokes for Chinese writig means certain stuff.
KnightStar I learnt a little Chinese but like, Chinese is like a extremely hard language so it's not worth devoting your time to unless you want to live in China or something lol
lunamoonlight I am fine learning the words, it is the writing that makes it difficult. The reason I am learning those three languages is because Spanish is a test to see if I can learn well on Duolingo, which I can so far. Greek is to see if I can adjust to different writing, and since Greek writing is similar it shouldn't be too hard. The main language I want to learn is Japanese, where I have to learn the words and the new writing. I just wish I had something to show me what the figure mean rather than how Duolingo kinda throws everything at you.
KnightStar Not even Chinese ppl can write Chinese characters haha.
