So middle schoolers usually go into the gym after lunch when they are done eating until the next bell. Well, since it is a women's month... my school declared that for the rest of March only girls will be allowed in the gym after lunch. The boys lost it, but they could not be heard over the girls going "YEAH!!!". I stayed a little longer, one guy went around with a picture on his phone saying "Sexism is wrong" and he was telling people to read the sign. Another dude tried to convince other guys to legally change their gender (there is only one way to legally change your gender in Iowa, which is through surgery).

I just watched Trump give speel about the coronavirus and the fact that there will be no travel from the UK for the next 30 days. I'm sorry, I know this is a real virus, I know that people are dying from this, but what bull. Why do people talk so much about it? It's not new, it's not as dangerous as many other viruses, it is unlikely for a majority of the population to get it (mostly the elderly and little kids or people with a weak immune system). The reason it is in places like China, why it's so big there is that they have 1.3 billion people, a good bit of whom of crappy living conditions, no access to clean water, cramped apartments, and low if any medical care.

KnightStar Exactly but that's just how it is. My dad goes to the UK a lot so that's bad, he goes three times a year or so. I mean like compared to China, were really small. So I guess they just want us, as somewhere that is waaay smaller, to not get a shock of that. but I agree.
GemHeart Yeah. I think Trump made the speech because he wants to assure the people who ARE freaking out that hey, "it's okay". But I think it's smart to ban travel. Rather safe than sorry, cuz if someone goes to Italy we're pretty much just waiting for another case!
JD2005 Agreed Gem. We should ban travel for now. The Indian government has banned all passports (issued after 13 Feb 2020). They've also banned travelling until the situation gets better.

Never heard this one before, my brother would love it. Also, if you listen, be aware that there is a metal scream at the start. That scared the crap out of me, you start listening to the instrumental intro part, then you just hear the metal scream and jump out of your seat.

lunamoonlight Plus they are really talented, not too many bands can do hard rock and an acoustic version where they are equally amazing. I love both her original songs and the acoustic ones, she does them both so well!
Queeny Maybe it's just me, but the "only girls get to go into the gym because women's month" seems like such a pointless way to celebrate something. Why not just, I don't know, bake cupcakes or something instead, cupcakes make everyone happy
