Its when you find yourself at 12 Am in the morning crying over some sad song. I've been there! Its usually about things like, The song Remember me from Coco. Or like a dog dying or something...Has this ever happened to you? 😅 😭 😫

lunamoonlight I stop talking, normally stiffen up a bit, and I sit down because my legs sometimes get really shaky.
FunHeart1010 I usually fidget with my hands and my shirt, or start biting my shirt collar, and i get quiet,
lunamoonlight If I'm already sitting down than my hands get shaky, then it starts going up my arms. It's uncontrolable.
