Me- *watching Classroom of the Elite (anime) in sub*
Dad- *comes in* What Chinese *beep* are you watching?
Me- Its anime. And its Japanese.💢
Dad- Youre not watching the show if you have to read it, so why are you watching it?
Me- It only comes in sub, there isnt a dub for it and i want to watch it.
Show continues
Dad- I haven't seen a single solid storyline so far.
Me- You would if you watched the rest of it.
Dad- No thanks, im not interesting in watching Chinese BS
Me- Its Japanese!💢
Dad- Same thing
Me- TWO VERY DIFFERENT THINGS💢💢
Dad- *starts listing off offensive terms for that whole region* Better?
Me- No. Just call it Japanese.💢
Dad- How much longer is this? (Bruh, you havent even sat through 10 minutes of it)
Me- There is 8 minutes left, 3 are probably credits. You can watch what you want after that.💢

JD2005 XD

Queen157 Oh god

I have a sparkly pillow next to my window and now my ceiling looks like this. Dont mind how poor it looks.

JD2005 Sparkly pillow? That's cool!

3 webcomic proportions i have seen across several comics-

1. Chibi style, where they are little and depending on the artist, have bigger heads. Simplistic style, little detail. Typically used for comedy skits.
2. Normal proportions, where it looks accurate to how a person looks or is anime and close enough.
3. Freaking slendermans. I have seen this a lot on sites like lezhin and some on WebToon here and there. Basically everything is longer than it should be. Legs are longer, waist, arms. Somehow they make it look normal, but they look like slenderman people to me.

lunamoonlight The last one is typically in romance ones, especially BL

Queeny The last one seems to be more popular in chinese and korean comics from what I've observed

lunamoonlight Yeah pretty much. That would explain lezhin, since a lot of their comics are Korean. Still though... SLENDERMANS

THERE. IS. A. SLY. COOPER. MANGA!?!?!

lunamoonlight Its called Phantom Thief Sly Cooper. I dont think there is an English translation for all issues tho. It looks similar in animation style to a kids anime like Glitter Force or something, except even more cartoonish. It seems interesting.

Queen157 Whaaa

I was looking at the Sly Cooper fandom... Carmelita in Sly 1 looks like a goth teenager XD. She looks better in Sly 2 & 3, however i think the animation for Theives in Time just looks terrible no matter what.

lunamoonlight Also, i like Carmelita's character, i like the games, but i absolutely hate Carmelita's controls. You can't turn left or right, the camera is weird and the shooting mechanism is difficult. Normally, with Sly, Bentley and Murray, the controls are fine and the way they should be, idk why they didn't just make Carmelita's controls the same way.

I just had 5 hours of bonding time with my bro. He arrived around 4 when i was about to play Rocksmith (guitar game), then we played together until 6 when we had dinner, and then we played some more until i had to go to bed. We were mostly playing some bands we both like, A Day To Remember, Trivium, Silverstein, System of a Down, ect. 2 of 4 my brother got me into, 4 of 4 my dad and brother got me into.

I posted a few drawings on DeviantArt. 2 people have been adding my drawings to their favorites, i have 3 llama badges, and one user wants to RP through notes. Its weird, im not used to things being that fast, the only sites i have been on are here where it takes hours to see a reply, DrawingHub where no one sees your drawings except once or twice a week, and PaigeeWorld which is maybe a little more active than DrawingHub.

GemHeart I wanna be on DA but my mom loves me too much LOL

lunamoonlight DA is actually a good website. And there is a mature content block anyway, it will not allow mature content until you are 18, and your birthdate is required information for that reason.

Im reading through DeviantArt's Submission Policy (i am someone who actually would read a contract before signing it, i also read privacy policies and terms of use). I dont know why they make it sound like they swallowed a dictionary AND a thesarus. All they have to say is "Hey, dont steal other peoples work, you can delete your submissions if ya want, if it is mature content mark the little box, when you post here all the rights and junk belong to DeviantArt if we want to show it off and such so dont sue us because we told ya. Fail to do so and we delete your work and or account and maybe block ya depending on what ya did. Dont sue us." And they would perfectly well get their point across.

GemHeart Haha yes

Queeny One thing I read on DeviantArt's terms and policy that really turned me off from the site is, basically, they own all rights to your art once you submit. Weird.

lunamoonlight That's pretty much for say, if you do really well and they want to use your art to maybe publicize DA, they can do that. For me, my art is not quite good enough for that.
