Question for gem and other experienced artists, how do you give the look of fabric blowing in the wind?

GemHeart Aw thx! “EXPERIENCED” am I? XD To answer the question, draw the fabric with squiggly lines, if you know what I mean. If it’s a dress, making it stop at the legs where it blows, but make the dress sorta flip and flop. Observe from IRL and things like that. Also, drawing other things like hair and stuff blowing as well as fabric gives you the full on blow feeling. :) Hope this helped!
GemHeart Here’s an example I guess. It’s Rinji BTW, a sketch I never finished. There’s not too much blowing but yeah. Loose articles of clothing will blow more than others!
