Is it bad if I can trust people online more with my personal thoughts than people i know irl, including my family? This is mostly my poetry. I can trust people online with my poetry, not judging it, knowing what it's about and helping me with stuff I'm going through than my family, cause I almost never show my parents my poetry, especially my mom, cause she has written poetry too and knows more with hidden meanings. One time she DID find my personal poetry book and I went through a two-hour lecture about my writings from her, this is why I no longer write on paper, I write on power poetry (which she currently knows nothing about).
lunamoonlight I also had personal sketches in my poetry book, she hasn't found my most personal drawings yet, I hid those better than anything else.

Queeny I think people trust strangers online more then irl because, well, you can be anything you want on here. Even if it feels like I've known everyone here for eternity, the truth is I don't know a single one of them's first name. You choose what you put out there, you choose what you put out on the internet. I'll probably never meet any of you irl, so I guess it's safe to say no body can hurt you with your secrets.

GemHeart Yeah. I try to be as honest as possible, I'm not perfect and I can be mean sometimes, I'm really shy but it's different here cuz I don't have to see reactions. Plus, words can't really hurt you as bad as you may think, so I feel safer here. BTW Luna, I kept secrets from my mum before but the day she found out all heck broke loose, and it was pretty bad (it involved a multiplayer game, that's why I advise you guys against them a lot).
